The LV monsters introduced in “Soul of the Duelist” have great potential. Their speed and special summoning capabilities rival those that the Chaos monster poses. These monsters have the ability to “level” or evolve into stronger monsters with incredible effects. But like all things that evolve, they are born as infants with no special talents, or any indentations that they will evolve into something so devastating and “game-breaking”.
