Here is another good card from Rise of Distiny.

This is a card that will see some play. This card will be great for control decks. I can see this card as a deck type. Well that could be streaching it.
At first glance it looks like a tribute to the doomed. This card is much better. Not only do you have field control you have draw control. Catch your opponent with the right card on the field and it could be a couple of turns before that can do much.
Alot of people are compareing this card with compulsory evacuation device. I like square one better. Not only does it get it off the field but it puts it one top of the deck. This in realality makes them lose a draw.
On a scale of 1-10 I give this a 7.
