Now my question is this......

Can you use Labrinth's effect at the end phase to switch Crass Clown to attack position activating it's effect and then let LLAB turn it back to defence position?

Good idea but....sorry wrong answer. Once the area b is activated you wont be able to change it even manually. Area b will NOT allow it to change.
