sorry blue for posting here, but this question is just too easy to pass by.
1. If a face-down monster is attacked, it is not considered flip summoned, it is only flipped face up, or destroyed.
Flip Summon- When you flip a face-down monster into a face up position, without being attacked or by the effect of other cards. So other card effects that flip the monster face up, the monster is not flip summoned, it is just flipped face up.
2. A Tribute summon is not a Special summon, it is a summon in which you must sacrafice one or more of your own monsters to summon to the field. This is considered a normal summon and you cannot normal summon, tribute summon, or set a monster again during the turn that you tribute summon.
so you cant tribute a monster for a summoned skull and then play another monster, and you can't summon or set another monster again during that turn, unless if it's a special summon.
You can special summon as many monsters on your field as you want, but you cannot exceed the 5 monster card limit, and you donot have to sacrafice for special summons, unless if the card says you must on it's effect.
So, I think that should answer your question, and if it dosn't, I don't know what will.
